Verification Checks
By accepting the terms, players authorise the company to carry out identity and contact verification checks at its own discretion or when requested by third parties, including regulatory agencies.
Registration Requirements
Only the account holder may take part in real-money play, and registration must be completed personally. The policy says players must provide their date of birth, first and last name, full residential address, and a valid email address.
For identity review, the company may request a copy of a valid passport or other identification document together with proof of address. Additional documents or extra checks may also be required, and the account may be suspended until satisfactory information is provided.
Age And Accuracy
If the company cannot confirm that a player has reached the eligible age, it may suspend the account. Underage play can lead to account closure, annulled transactions, cancelled and refunded bets, loss of winnings earned during the underage period, and repayment of withdrawn funds on request.
If registration or verification details are false, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with passport data, the company may close the account immediately and cancel all funds in the balance.
Review Time
The policy says KYC review can take up to 30 working days from the moment all requested documents have been submitted.
